Village Government Management Strategy In The Development Of Meat Tourism Village Tampahan District Toba District”Meat Tourism Village is a tourist village located on the edge of Lake Toba which is a priority destination. By having a very strategic geographical location, the Meat Tourism Village should be able to become an independent tourist village, in line with the large number of tourist visits to Lake Toba. Village government strategies are very necessary in efforts to develop tourist villages so that Meat Village can develop into a superior tourist village and is able to develop the village in a better direction. This research aims to analyze the appropriate development strategy to be implemented in this tourist village using a SWOT analysis approach 3A components of tourism (attraction, accessibility, amenities). This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by taking primary data in the form of interviews with several informants related to Meat Village tourism. Also, secondary data was taken from observations and village government documents. The results of this research indicate that the Meat Tourism Village has many strengths and opportunities that have not been utilized optimally. The development strategy that can be implemented is holding annual cultural activities to make the Meat tourist village a center for weaving typical Batak ulos cloth, adding tourism supporting infrastructure, developing facilities and infrastructure to support tourism activities on the coast of Lake Toba, and using social media as a promotional tool.
