Abstract

This research is a descriptive qualitative research aimed at knowing the effect of the application of the School Budget Management Activity Plan (RAKS) on the School Budget Management Efficiency at the Office of the Education Area Coordinator of the Pagaran District. The population in this study is the number of school operators and KORWIL employees. A total of 30. The significant correlation variable is 29.138, then the value is compared with ttable with an error rate of 5% df = n-2 = 28. The value of ttable is 0.557. In accordance with the requirements for testing the hypothesis that tcount (29,138) > ttable (0,557), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect. R square is 0.968 or 96.80%. This shows that the effect of Application (X) on School Budget Management (Y) at the Office of the Education Area Coordinator of Pagaran District is 96.80% and the remaining 3.18% influenced by factors not discussed in this study. the value of rcount is 0.984, then the relationship between the RAKS Application variable (X) and Budget Management (Y) is 0.984 or 98.4% is declared a strong category and the results are positive, meaning that the relationship between X and Y variables is a linear relationship, that is, if the RAKS Application system increases, the Budget Management will also increase. coefficient of determination with the formula (r2 x 100%) then 0.9842 = 0.9682. This value can be changed to a percent value to be 96.82%. The definition of the determination calculation is often interpreted that the influence of the RAKS Application on Budget Management is 96.82% and the remaining 3.18% is influenced by other factors. reliability using SPSS 21.0 analysis. It can be said to be reliable because the alpha coefficient value of the entire questionnaire item X and Y variables is greater than 0.60. So it can be concluded that all research questionnaire items are reliable. It can be concluded that the RAKS Application has a positive and significant relationship to School Budget Management at the Office of the Education Area Coordinator of Pagaran District, so the research hypothesis is accepted.
