PENGARUH PELAYANAN PUBLIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN MASYARAKAT DI KANTOR DESA BAHALBATU II KECAMATAN SIBORONGBORONG

This research aims to determine the influence of public services on community satisfaction at the Bahalbatu II Village Office, Siborongborong District, North Tapanuli Regency, as many as 94 people. The data collection tools used are observation and questionnaires. To calculate the closeness of the relationship between variables using a simple correlation coefficient, the results obtained show that the influence of public services (X) on community satisfaction (Y) at the Bahalbatu II Village Office is 0.882, which is in the Very Strong relationship category.The coefficient of determination was obtained at 0.778 or 77.8%. This shows that the influence of Public Services (X) on Community Satisfaction (Y) at the Bahalbatu II Village Office, Siborongborong District is 77.8% and the remaining 22.2% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research. From the calculation results, through simple linear regression calculations the line equation is Y = 6,065+ 1,740. Hypothesis testing results tcount (17,971)>ttable(1986), This means that the Public Service variable (X) has a positiveand significant influence on Community Satisfaction (Y) at the Bahalbatu II Village Office, Siborongborong District. Thus the hypothesis is accepted.
