Abstract

The Influence Of Motivation And Leadership Of The District District On The Work Spirit Of Employees At The Office Of The Pakkat District, Humbang Hasundutan District . The administration of sub-district government requires a leader who is Always able to mobilize his subordinates to carry out their duties and responsibilities responsible for participating in activities governance, development and society in a way useful And successful use. This research aims to analyze the influence of the sub-district head's motivation and leadership on employee morale at the Pakkat Sub-District Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. The data analysis method used is the multiple correlation analysis method, multiple linear regression analysis and the F test . The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Pakkat Subdistrict Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency , namely 2 9 person. The relationship between Motivation (X 1 ) and Employee Work Morale (Y) is 0.805 . The relationship between Subdistrict Head Leadership (X 2 ) and Employee Morale (Y) is 0.828. R Square is 0.748 or 74.80 % . This shows that the influence of Motivation (X 1 ) and Subdistrict Head Leadership (X 2 ) on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) at the Pakkat Subdistrict Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is 74.80 % and the remaining 25.20 % is influenced by other factors. which was not discussed in this study. The multiple regression equation is as follows: Y= 2.983 + 0.194X 1 + 0.394X 2. The significance of the correlation of the Motivation variable (X 1 ) is 2.513. Then the value is compared with the t table     with an error level of 5% df = n-2 = 27. The t table value is 2.052. In accordance with the conditions for testing the hypothesis that t count (2.513) > t table (2.052) it can be concluded that Motivation (X 1 ) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Morale (Y) at the Pakkat Subdistrict Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, so the research hypothesis is accepted. The correlation significance of the sub-district leadership variable (X 2 ) is 3.209. In accordance with the conditions for testing the hypothesis that t count (3.209) > t table (2.052) it can be concluded that the Subdistrict Head's Leadership (X 2 ) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Morale (Y) at the Pakkat Subdistrict Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, so the research hypothesis is accepted. . F count is 38.515 . In accordance with the test requirements that F count 38.515 > F table 3.35 . This means that the two variables, namely Motivation (X 1 ) and Subdistrict Head Leadership (X 2 ) have a positive and significant influence on Employee Morale (Y) at the Pakkat Subdistrict Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Thus the research hypothesis is accepted .
