Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of emergency logistics equipment on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Tapanuli Regency. Emergency logistics equipment is a crucial factor in ensuring a quick and effective response to disasters. The quality and readiness of the equipment can have a direct impact on employee performance in emergency situations. The research method used is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach through questionnaires distributed to employees involved in disaster management. The collected data were analyzed using regression techniques to determine how significant the influence of emergency logistics equipment is on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that emergency logistics equipment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency of North Tapanuli Regency. The implications of this study are the importance of attention to the maintenance, renewal, and availability of emergency logistics equipment in order to increase emergency response capacity and efficiency in disaster management.
