PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PEMBANGUNAN EKONOMI MASYARAKAT DI DESA SIBUNTUON PARPEA KECAMATAN LINTONGNIHUTA KABUPATEN HUMBANG HASUNDUTAN

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the village head's leadership style on increasing community economic development in Sibuntuon Parpea village, Lintongnihuta subdistrict, Humbang Hasundutan district, as many as 82 heads of families. The data collection tools used are observation, questionnaires and literature study. To calculate the close relationship between variables using a simple correlation coefficient, the results obtained show that leadership style (X) on economic development (Y) is 0.896, which is in the very strong category. Next, the interpretation of significance is determined by comparing the value of rcount with rtable. If rcount > rtable, then there is a significant relationship between the two variables. On the other hand, if rcount < rtable, then there is no significant relationship between the two variables. Based on the data in table 4.24, the calculated r value obtained is 0.896 so that 0.896 > 0.217 r table. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the leadership style variable (X) and the economic development variable (Y). From the research results, the R Square value was 0.803 or 80.3%. This shows that the influence of leadership style (X) on economic development (Y) in Sibuntuon Parpea village, Lintongnihuta subdistrict, Humbang Hasundutan district is 80.3% and the remaining 19.7% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research. The results of a simple linear regression test are as follows, Y = 3.346+ 1.381 economy (Y) of 1.381. By using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) program Version 23.0. So the tcount is 18.080. In accordance with the test requirements that tcount 18.080 > ttable 1.664. This means that the leadership style variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on economic development (Y) in Sibuntuon Parpea village, Lintongnihuta subdistrict, Humbang Hasundutan district. Thus Ha is declared accepted and Ho is rejected.
