PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KINERJA PENGAWAI PADA KANTOR CAMAT PASARIBU TOBING

Abstract

Perfomance Effectiviness(Y) is the degree to which a person or group carries out its main tasks to understand the  desired goals.Efectiviness is often used in an orginational or cimpany enviroment to describe whether or not the goals chosen by the company are appropriate.Leadership style(X) is the way a leader in managing his team to achieve organizational goals,which includes the behavior,values and methods used to move team member towards the desired achi evement. This research aims to find out how leadership stlye influences the effectiviness of employee perfomance at the pasaribu tobing aubdistrict office. The data analysis methods used are simple correlation analysis,simple regression analysis and test.The sample in this research was 17 employees. Data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to the sample obtained a correlatons with the result that r-count(0.736)>r-table(0.482) it was concluded that there was a positive and significant relationship between Leadership Style(X) and Employee Perfomance Effectiviness (Y) in the Office head of Pasaribu Tobing sub-district.The correlation coefficient in this study was obtained at 0.736,which is in the strong category. R square was 0.542(54.2%) and the remainder was 45.8% and was influenced by other factors not discussed in this research evement.
