The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence employee performance, which consists of discipline and work enthusiasm.
The types and sources of data used in this research consist of primary data and secondary data. The number of samples used was 32 people, using saturated sampling techniques. Meanwhile, to determine the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependent variable (Y), Multiple Linear Regression analysis was used with the help of SPSS tools. Based on the results of the correlation coefficient analysis, the correlation value between Discipline and Employee Performance is in the Strong and significant category, while the relationship or correlation between Work Morale and Employee Performance is in the Strong and significant category. Then partial testing (t test) shows that partially discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Humbang Hasundutan Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) office, and partially work morale has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency office (BPDB) Humbang Hasundutan. Then the test was carried out using a Simultaneous Test (F Test). The results showed that simultaneously discipline and work enthusiasm had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Humbang Hasundutan Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPDB) office.
