PENGARUH SERVICES CAPE TERHADAP MINAT KONSUMEN PADA NOMMENSEN MUSIC CENTRE DOLOKSANGGUL

This study aims to determine the effect of servicescape on consumer interest in the Nommensen Music Center Doloksanggul. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the object of research and filled in directly by respondents totaling 34 respondents. Based on the above calculations, the rcount (0.106) < rtable (0.329) from this comparison states that there is no positive and significant relationship between Servicescape (X) and Consumer Interest (Y) at Nommensen Music Doloksanggul. From the data above, the R Square value is 0.011 or 1.1%. This shows that the effect of Servicescape (X) with Consumer Interest (Y) at Nommensen Music Center Doloksanggul is 1.1% and the remaining 98.9% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. The simple linear regression equation obtained Y = a + bX = 14.749 + 0.077 X, so that if servicescape (X) or X = 0 then the value of Consumer Interest or Y will increase by 14.749. From the significance value of the variable correlation is 0.602, then the value is compared with the ttable with an error rate of 5% df = n-2 = 32. The ttable value is 1.694. In accordance with the hypothesis testing requirements that tcount (0.602) < ttable (1.694), then Servicescape (X) does not have a positive and significant influence on Consumer Interest (Y) at Nommensen Music Center Doloksanggul.
