This research aims to find out and analyze the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in Balige City, especially the perpetrators who are Millennials. This type of research is qualitative research. The population of this research is Millennials in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), totaling 10 people. The data collection technique was carried out by asking several questions to respondents through direct interviews and documentation to obtain data about the development of UMKM businesses in the city of Balige, Toba Regency. From the research results, researchers found that there were differences in the increase in sales turnover of millennials. The difference in the increase in sales turnover is influenced by the differences in strategies used by respondents in running their businesses.
