PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN MANAJER TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA CU PARDOMUAN PAKKAT KABUPATEN HUMBANG HASUNDUTAN

This study aims to determine the influence of manager leadership on employee performance at CU Pardomuan Pakkat, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, the sample of this study was all employees at Pardomuan Pakkat CU, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. Data collection tools are observations, interviews, and questionnaires. Calculating the close relationship between variables using a simple correlation coefficient, the results show that Manager Leadership (X) on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.747 is in the strong category. The coefficient of determination is obtained by 0.558% or 55.8%. This shows that the influence of Manager Leadership (X) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Pardomuan Pakkat CU Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is 55.1% and the remaining 44.2% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study. From the calculation results, through simple linear regression calculation, the equation of the line is Y = 7.048 + 1.788 X, which means that the result (b) is 1.788, which means that if the Manager's Leadership (Variable X) increases by 1, then Employee Performance will increase by 1.788. The results of hypothesis testing tcount 4,349 > ttable 1,753, this means that the Manager Leadership variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Pardomuan Pakkat CU Office, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, then the research hypothesis is accepted.
