PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PDAM MUAL NA TIO TAPANULI UTARA

This study aims to determine the effect of training and work discipline on employee performance at PDAM Mual Na Tio Tapanuli Utara. The data analysis method used is multiple correlation analysis method, determination analysis, multiple linear regression, t test and F test. The sample in this research is PDAM Mual Na Tio Tapanuli Utara employees as many as 82 people.
The data collection tools used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The correlation of the training variable (X1) with employee performance (Y) is 0.761. based on table 3.3 interpretation guidelines the correlation coefficient of the training variable correlation (X1) with employee performance (Y) is 0.648. included in the strong category. So there is a strong relationship between Training (X1) and Employee Performance (Y) at PDAM Mual Na Tio Tapanuli Utara. The correlation between Work Discipline (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) is 0.648. Based on table 3.2 Guidelines for interpretation of the Correlation Coefficient, the found coefficient of 0.648 is included in the strong category. So there is a strong relationship between Work Discipline (X2) and Employee Performance (Y) at PDAM Mual Na Tio Tapanuli Utara
R Square of 48.50% or 51.50%. This shows that the effect of Training (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PDAM Mual Na Tio Tapanuli Utara. is 48.50%% and the remaining 51.50% is influenced by factors not discussed in this study.The regression equation is Y=a + b1X1 + b2X2=3.952 + 0.288X1 + 0.420X2. This means that the two variables, namely Training and Work Discipline, simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PDAM Mual Na Tio Tapanuli Utara. F count equal to In accordance with the test requirements that Fcount 35,770 > Ftable 3.12. This means that the two variables, namely Training and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Performance variable at PDAM Mual Na Tio Tapanuli Utara. Thus the hypothesis is accepted
