PENGARUH MANAJEMEN KEPALA SEKOLAH TERHADAP PRESTASI GURU DI SMK NEGERI 1 POLLUNG KABUPATEN HUMBANG HASUNDUTAN

This study aims to determine the Principal's Management of Teacher Achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Pollung, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, while the sample in this study was all 23 teachers at Pollung 1 Pollung Regency, Humbang Hasundutan Regency.
The data collection tools used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Calculating the closeness of the relationship between variables using a simple correlation coefficient, the results show that Principal Management (X) on Teacher Achievement (Y) of 0.774 is in the strong category.
The coefficient of determination obtained is 0.60% or 60.0%. This shows that the influence of Principal Management (X) on Teacher Achievement (Y) at SMK Negeri 1 Pollung, Humbang Hasundutan Regency is 60.0% and the remaining 40.0% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.
From the results of calculations, through simple linear regression calculations, the equation of the line is Y = 0.181 + 0.620 X, which means that the result (b) is 0.620, which means that if the Principal Management (Variable X) increases by 1 then Teacher Achievement will increase by 0.620.
The results of hypothesis testing tcount 5,607 > ttable 2,080, this means that the Principal Management variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Achievement at SMK Negeri 1 Pollung, Humbang Hasundutan Regency, then the research hypothesis is accepted.
