PENGARUH TUGAS POKOK DAN FUNGSI (TUPOKSI) TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS KERJA PEGAWAI PADA BALAI PEMBIBITAN TERNAK UNGGUL DAN HIJAUAN PAKAN TERNAK SIBORONGBORONG

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the main tasks and functions (TUPOKSI) on the effectiveness of the work of employees at the Siborongborong Superior Cattle Breeding and Forage Center, while the sample in this study were all employees at the Sibarongborong BPTU-HTP Office.

The data collection tools used are observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Calculating the closeness of the relationship between variables using a simple correlation coefficient, the results show that the TUPOKSI (X) on Work Effectiveness (Y) of 0.743 is in the strong category.

The coefficient of determination is obtained by 0.552% or 55.20%. This shows that the effect of TUPOKSI (X) on Work Effectiveness (Y) at the Siborongborong BPTU-HTP Office is 55.20% and the remaining 44.80% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this study.

From the calculation results, through simple linear regression calculations, the equation of the line is Y = 6.734 + 0.581 X, which means that the result (b) is 0.581, which means that if the TUPOKSI (Variable X) increases by 1, the Work Effectiveness will increase by 0.581.

The results of hypothesis testing tcount 9.552 > ttable 2,000, this means that the TUPOKSI (X) variable has a positive and significant influence on Work Effectiveness at the Siborongborong BPTU-HTP Office, then the research hypothesis is accepted.
