This research aims to determine the function of organizing to increase employee productivity at the Sipahutar Subdistrict Office. The research method used is a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The sample of respondents in this research were 27 employees at the Sipahutar Subdistrict Office. The analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0. The results of the research show that organization has a significant effect in increasing work productivity among employees at the Sipahutar District Head Office. This is proven by a partial significant test (t-test) with a significance value obtained of 0.00<0.05 and a calculated t table value of 1.69, namely t calculated. The results of the simple linear regression coefficient obtained the equation Y= 57.992 + 0.758X + error. Based on the results of calculations using the coefficient of determination, an R Square value of 65.5% is obtained, which shows that the Organizing variable has a simultaneous influence of 65.5% to increase Work Productivity by 34.5%, influenced by other factors..
