Every company always has goals to be achieved and the achievement of the goals of the company cannot be separated from the actions and energy of humans. The role of human resources is so important and plays a big role in achieving company goals. Various things can affect a person's performance, namely the work environment. The work environment has an influence on employee performance, especially the non-physical work environment. The work atmosphere and the resulting emotional will have an influence on the results of employee performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT. Karya Anugerah Bersama Permai (PT. KABP). This study uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires. The sample that became respondents in this study were all 36 employees at PT. Karya Anugerah Bersama Permai (PT. KABP). The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and simple regression analysis using SPSS 20.0The results showed that the Non-Physical Work Environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance as evidenced by a partially significant test (t test) with a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 and a t-count value of t-table 1.69, namely the t-value. non- physical work environment count is 8,411. The results of simple linear regression coefficients, obtained the equation Y = 3.467 + 0.592X. Based on the results of calculations with the coefficient of determination obtained R Square value of 0.675 which indicates that the variables of Selection and Placement have a simultaneous influence of 67.5% on Employee Performance, while the remaining 32.5% is influenced by other factors
