This study aims to find out how the influence of leadership on employe work effectiveness at the Lintongnihuta sub district office. The data analysis method used is a simple linear regression analysis and t test. The sample in this study were all 25 employees of the Lintongnihuta sub district office. R Square of 0.236 or 23.60%. This shows that the influence of leadhership(X) with employee work affectiveness(Y) at the Lintongnihuta sub-district office is 23.60% and the remaining76.40% is influenced by others factors not discussed in this study. The regression equation is Y=4.943+0.220 X the regesion aqation above can be explained that if Leadership or X =0 then the value of employee work effectiveness or Y will increase by 4.943. The significance of the correlation variable is 2.667. then this value is compared with t table with an error level of 5% df= n-2=23. The t table value is 2.069 in accordance with therequirements for testing the hypothesis that t count (2.667)>t table (2.069) it can be concluded that Leadership (X) has a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Effectiveness (Y) at the Lintongnihuta Sub-District office,, the research Hypotehesis is accepted.
