KINERJA KEPALA DESA DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI DESA BAHAL BATU III KECAMATAN SIBORONGBORONG

Abstract

Bahal Batu III Village, Siborongborong District, North Tapanuli Regency is led by a Village Head named: Marihot Lumbantoruan. The development carried out in this village is mostly aimed at the agricultural sector, namely by improving infrastructure in the form of concrete rebate roads, making water ropes in the rice fields and hardening a number of roads to facilitate the distribution of agriculture in the village. Development in the village is certainly needed to support the lives of the people in the village. And development in the village is one of the performances of the Village Head himself. With the good performance of the village head, it will certainly boost development in the village. The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of the village head in public services in Bahal Batu III Village, Siborong-borong District. This type of research is a descriptive qualitative research. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are: Descriptive method. The results of the study are based on the results of questionnaires, observations and interviews that the Head of Bahal Batu III Village, Siborong-borong District, Marihot Lumbantoruan in its performance in public services has adhered to service principles, namely: Tangibles (physical evidence), Reliability (trust), Responsiveness (power responsiveness), Assurance (assurance), Empathy (empathy). From the Vision and Mission of Bahal Batu III Village, Siborong-borong District, it has been very good, where the vision is to continue the programs that have been designed in the previous period. From the organizational structure of Bahal Batu III Village, Siborong-borong District, it can be seen that the Village Head of Bahal Batu III Village, Siborong-borong District, Marihot Lumbantoruan oversees several sections. In managing the village apparatus under the leadership of the Village Head of Bahal Batu III Village, Siborong-borong District, it has gone well.
