Service quality focuses on efforts to fulfill customer needs and desires and the accuracy of delivery to balance customer expectations. Quality has a close relationship with customer satisfaction. Quality provides an impetus to customers to establish a strong relationship with the company. In business life, price is one of the important factors that affect the marketing of a product. High and low prices are always the main concern of consumers when they are looking for a product. So that the price offered is a special consideration, before they decide to buy goods or use a service. In determining the price, every entrepreneur has a different strategy. But every strategy they run still has the same goal. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of service and price on consumer satisfaction CV. MegaNet Siborongborong. This type of research is associative research, namely research conducted to determine the effect between two or more variables. Data was collected by means of questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are: multiple correlation, multiple regression and F test. The results of the study there is a positive relationship of 0.663 between the service variable (X1) and the consumer satisfaction variable (Y), there is a positive relationship of 0.757 between the price variable (X2) and the variable. Consumer Satisfaction (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.661. The results of the regression are: Y = 5.782 + 0.365 X1 + 0.688 X2, the results of F arithmetic = 93,538 > F table = 3.09, it can be concluded that service and price simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at CV.
