PENGARUH PARTISIPASI ANGGOTA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS ORGANISASI BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA DI DESA SIGUMPAR JULU KECEMATAN SIGUMPAR KABUPATEN TOBA

Abstract

One of the rural development programs is BUMDes or Village Owned Enterprises. BUMDes in Law Number 6 Article 1 of 2004 concerning Villages" is defined as "Business Entities whose capital is wholly or partly owned by the village through direct participation from village assets which are separated to manage assets, services and other businesses for the welfare of the community. village". This study aims to determine and analyze how the influence of member participation on the organizational effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises in Sigumpar Julu Village, Sigumpar District, Toba Regency. The data analysis method used is a simple correlation analysis method, simple linear regression analysis and t test. The sample in this study was determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, namely 61 members of BUMDes. The data obtained from the questionnaire distributed to a sample of 61 people obtained a correlation with the results that rcount (0.703) > rtable (0.254) concluded that there was a positive and significant relationship between member participation (X) and the effectiveness of the BUMDes organization (Y) in Sigumpar Village. Julu, Sigumpar District, Toba Regency. R Square of 0.495 or 49.50%. This shows that the influence of member participation (X) with the effectiveness of the BUMDes organization (Y) in Sigumpar Julu Village, Sigumpar District, Toba Regency is 49.50% and the remaining 50.50% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study. . The regression equation is Y = 5.647 + 0.776X. The regression equation above can be explained that if member participation or X = 0 then the value of BUMDes organizational effectiveness or Y will increase by 5.647. The significance of the correlation variable is 7,600. Then the value is compared with the t table with an error rate of 5% df = n-2 = 59. The t table value is 2,000. In accordance with the requirements for testing the hypothesis that t count (7,600) > t table (2,000) it can be concluded that member participation (X) has a positive and significant influence on the effectiveness of the BUMDes organization (Y) In Sigumpar Julu Village, Sigumpar District, Toba Regency, the research hypothesis is accepted
