PENGARUH COORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY (CSR) PT. SARULLA OPERATION LIMITED (SOL) PANAS BUMI TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN MASYARAKAT KELOMPOK TANI DI DESA SIMATANIARI KECAMATAN PAHAE JULU

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) PT. Sarulla Operational Limited (SOL) of geothermal energy for the welfare of the community of farmer groups in Simataniari Village, Pahae Julu District, North Tapanuli Regency. The population in this study were all community farmer groups in Simataniari village and the sample was 51 respondents using the Slovin formula and using the SPSS 21.0 computer program. The research design used was a quantitative study. The results of the research and discussion conducted show that the correlation of CSR variable (X) with the welfare of the farmer group community (Y) is 0.678. Based on table 3.3 guidelines for the interpretation of the correlation coefficient, the coefficient found is 0.678, including the strong category. R square of 0.459 or 45.90% is influenced by factors not discussed in this study. The value of the consistency of the variable of community welfare in the farmer group is 2.604, the regression coefficient X is 0.563 which states that the addition of 1 CSR value will increase the income of the farmer group community by 0.563. So it can be concluded that the CSR variable (X) has an effect on the welfare of the farmer group community (Y). The significance of the correlation variable is 6.451 then the value is compared with an error level of 5% df = n-2 = 49.  Score  sebesar 1,676. of 1.676 in accordance with the conditions for testing the hypothesis that . It can be concluded that corporate social responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant relationship to the welfare of the farmer group community in Simataniari Village, Pahae Julu District, so the research hypothesis is accepted.
