Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work systems and human resource development on employee performance at PDAM Mual Na Tio, North Tapanuli Regency. The sample in this study was 75 employees of PDAM Mual Na Tio, North Tapanuli Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis, t test and f test. Based on the SPSS 22 results, X1 can be obtained at 3.599 compared to the X1 value of 1.99. The value is obtained from the formula df = n-2 = 73 (5% significance level). According to the test conditions, if (3.599) > (1.99) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between the Work System and Performance at PDAM Mual Na Tio North Tapanuli Regency. The X2 value obtained is 0.282 compared to the X2 value of 1.99. According to the test conditions, if (0.282) < (1.99) then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. This means that there is no significant influence between Human Resource Development and employee performance at PDAM Mual Na Tio North Tapanuli Regency. Based on the results of the discussion, it was obtained that Y = 3.675 + 0.680X1 + 0.061X2, which means that if the Work System (X1) and HR Development (X2) variables were constant or And the value is 41.128 compared to the value of 3.126. In accordance with the test provisions, if the sig value (0.000) < 0.05 and the value (41.128) > (3.126) then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This means that there is a simultaneous influence between the Work System and HR Development on Performance at PDAM Mual Na Tio North Tapanuli Regency.
