PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA DAN PROFESIONALISME TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KANTOR DESA LOBUSIREGAR I KECAMATAN SIBORONGBORONG

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and professionalism on the quality of public services, both partially and simultaneously at the Lobusiregar I village office, Siborongborong District.The population of this study was 30 employees at the Lobusiregar I village office, Siborongborong District. The sampling technique is saturated sampling (census), meaning that all members of the population are used as samples. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the regression equation Public Service Quality = -6.646 + 0.298 Work Discipline + 1.333 Professionalism. This research uses a significance level of 5%.Partial research results show that the work discipline variable has a tcount of 1.849 > ttable of 1.703 with a significance level of 0.075 > 0.05. The Professionalism variable has a tcount value of 4.121 < ttable of 1.703 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneous research results show that work discipline and professionalism have a fcount value of 9.056 > ftable of 3.35 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.401 or 40.10%, meaning that the Quality of Public Services can be explained as being influenced by the variables Work Discipline and Professionalism and the remaining 59.90% is other independent variables.The conclusion from the results of this research shows that simultaneously work discipline and professionalism have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Lobusiregar I village office, Siborongborong District.
