This research aims to find out the influence of internal communication on work effectiveness at the Sipahutar sub-district office, North Tapanuli Regency. North. From the results of data processing using the SPSS version 25.0 program, it can be seen that the R value = 0.679. This means that there is a significant relationship between Internal Communication (X1), Coordination(X2), with Employee Work Effectiveness (Y). Based on table 3.3 of Correlation Coefficient Interpretation Guidelines, the coefficient found is 0.679, which is in the Strong category. So there is a strong relationship between Internal Communication (X1), Coordination (X2), with Employee Work Effectiveness (Y) at the Sipahutar Subdistrict Office, North Tapanuli Regency.
The R Square value is 0.461 or 46.1%. This shows that the influence of Internal Communication (X1), Coordination (X2), the Employee Work Effectiveness (Y) at the Sipahutar Subdistrict Office, North Tapanuli Regency is 46.1% and the remaining 53.9% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this research.
Testing the hypothesis that Fcount = 9.841. If the error rate is 5%, and the numerator = 2, then the denominator = 23, then the price of F is obtainedtable = 3.42. So according to the conditions for hypothesis testing, Fcount (9.841) < Ftable (3.42) it can be concluded that Internal Communication (X1), Coordination (X2), has a positive and significant influence on Employee Work Effectiveness (Y) at the Sipahutar Subdistrict Office, North Tapanuli Regency, so the research hypothesis is accepted.
